Guest Performers

Cottontown Chorus

Cottontown Chorus
Based in Bolton under the direction of Neil Firth (previously Mick Dargan), since 2005 Cottontown have won the Gold medal 9 times!  If you take out the pandemic years that works out as every other year! Beautiful harmonies and an entertaining set (the motorbike in Bat out of Hell!) sets Cottontown Chorus as deserving Gold Medal winners.

LUX A Cappella

LUX A Cappella
Based in Leicester with members from all over the UK and further afield, LUX became BABS Mixed Chorus Champions in 2024. Since then, they have represented BABS at the Barbershop Harmony Society International Convention in Denver in July 2025. We are looking forward to seeing them in Harrogate.

The 1234

Formed in 2022 in the Midlands, The 1234 quartet was a BABS 'Royalty' quartet with no less than 3 previous gold medal quartet singers. While Jonny has returned to Finest Hour Quartet, he is replaced by Tagline Gold medallist, Rob.  We are so excited to be entertained by Alan, Mark, Joe and Rob.
